Some 30 delegates from Chinas ports led by Cao Zhongxi , the Deputy Director-General of China Ports & Harbors Association, attended the IAPH World Ports Conference 2007 held in Houston, Texas, U.S.A. 27 April to May 2007, under the theme of "Anchored by Commitment, Buoyed by Unity" hosted by the Port of Houston Authority. The delegations are looking for business opportunities and seeking economic cooperation with the partners from all over the worlds through closer the political, cultural and economic ties.
