In the past 316 days of 2010, the cargo throughput of Qingdao Port has climbed to 300million tons, shift to an earlier month than last year to achieve the target. It is expected that the total cargo throughput of Qingdao Port in 2010 will boost 350 million tons, container volume of 12 million TEU. The total cargo throughput of Qingdao Port surged more than double since the ‘Eleven-Fifth Year’(2005-2010), while the energy consuming lowered 21.6%.
